Well Top Menu, the grey strip on top is the main menu for any access. to send scarps just like any other network site

1. You must be able to see Tools in the top menu.
2. on bringing mouse over it, you will be able to see all feature apps available.
3. Click on The wire
4. Now you can use it just like any other site
